He established Signature Estate, a prestigious real-estate firm in Mallorca, specialising in luxury properties, bespoke residential construction, and estate sales. Through his extensive experience in the luxury real-estate market, construction, and project management, Thomas has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional custom homes and estates in one of Europe’s most exclusive destinations.

Before founding The Signature Group, he co-founded CMC Markets Romania and contributed to its M&A integration with Vanguard, strengthening his expertise in financial markets and cross-border transactions. His background in high-end construction and property development enables him to oversee every phase of a project—from concept and design to execution—ensuring craftsmanship, quality, and long-term value.

With deep market knowledge across Europe, the GCC, and key Emerging Markets, Thomas specialises in structuring and managing real-estate and alternative investment projects for HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
