Nazar began his career in the United States as an architect and contractor, working with Gensler, one of the world’s leading architectural firms. He later transitioned into the construction industry, successfully delivering iconic projects for prestigious leading European luxury sport car brands.

In 2010, having relocated to Dubai, UAE, Nazar took on a leadership role as Vice President of Business Development for a global manufacturing company focused on delivering building systems, a company with 42 factories and over 5,500 employees. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in driving business expansion across diverse industries, including developers, hospitality, oil & gas, energy, defense, aviation, and more.
